Office Manager

Serren joined the firm in 2017 after 8 years working in administration roles at various law firms and in a corporate legal environment in Melbourne. She was most recently an Executive Assistant to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Serren assists the client managers with their administrative duties including the lodgement of self managed super funds and business development work. She is responsible for the flow of work through the office and is constantly looking for ways to improve the business and our marketing.

She describes the best part about working at the firm as, “The variety or work and there’s always something new to learn. New clients across a broad range of industries make it challenging while the friendly, family feel make it fun to work at Scotts.”

Outside the office, Serren has the travel bug and New York is her favourite destination. She is originally from the country but lived in Melbourne for 10 years before settling in Geelong with her husband and 2 year old son. She enjoys exploring the Bellarine region with the family and frequents the beaches, cafes, restaurants, attractions, parks and playgrounds. Serren is an avid reader and part of a book club and lists The Great Gatsby as her favourite book.
